Mae\u2019r cyfnod archebu ar gyfer y gynhadledd eisoes ar agor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bydd Dr Neil Currant yn ymuno \u00e2 ni ar gyfer prif gyflwyniad wyneb-yn-wyneb a gweithdy dosbarth meistr ar ail ddiwrnod y gynhadledd, ddydd Mercher 9 Gorffennaf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bydd Neil yn trafod r\u00f4l bwysig asesu tosturiol, perthyn, ac arferion asesu cynhwysol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y<a><\/a>n y gweithdy, bydd cyfle i gydweithwyr fyfyrio ar eu harferion asesu eu hunain a&#8217;r ffyrdd y gallent eu hymgorffori a&#8217;u haddasu yn seiliedig ar gyflwyniad Neil. Mae&#8217;r gwaith hwn yn adeiladu ar y gwaith hanfodol sy&#8217;n cael ei wneud yn y Gwasanaethau Cymorth i Fyfyrwyr.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1956\" height=\"1604\" src=\"http:\/\/wordpress.aber.ac.uk\/e-learning\/files\/2025\/03\/neil-currant-website-image-copy.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9114\" style=\"width:382px;height:auto\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Gweler bywgraffiad y siaradwr a dolenni at weithiau a phrosiectau dethol isod:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae Dr Neil Currant yn Uwch Ddatblygwr Addysgol ym Mhrifysgol Swydd Bedford. Cyn hynny, bu&#8217;n Bennaeth Datblygu Addysgol ym Mhrifysgol Brookes Rhydychen a&#8217;r Coleg Milfeddygol Brenhinol. Mae Neil wedi bod yn cefnogi arferion addysgu, dysgu ac asesu ym maes addysg uwch ers ugain mlynedd, ac mae ganddo arbenigedd mewn cynhwysiant ac asesu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae Neil wedi bod yn rhan o brosiectau ymchwil a ariennir gan JISC ar ddefnyddio technoleg dysgu, prosiect a ariennir gan AU Ymlaen ar ddinasyddiaeth fyd-eang, ymchwil sefydliadol ar fylchau dyfarnu a phrosiectau a ariennir gan ASA ar berthyn a thosturi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mae Neil yn adolygydd ac yn achredwr ar gyfer AU Ymlaen. Cyd-sefydlodd Neil y Rhwydwaith Asesu Tosturiol mewn Addysg Uwch, ac ar hyn o bryd mae&#8217;n ymchwilio i arferion asesu sy&#8217;n gysylltiedig \u00e2 thosturi, effaith affeithiol adborth, a pheidio \u00e2 defnyddio graddau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ymchwil perthyn &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/teachinginsights.ocsld.org\/closing-awarding-gaps-belonging-and-how-to-support-a-diverse-student-population\/\">Teaching Insights journal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/journals.gre.ac.uk\/index.php\/compass\/article\/view\/1496\">Rethinking assessment?
