These organisations are spaces where you can try out the many different features of Blackboard and preload materials without working on a live Blackboard module.<\/p>\n<p>To access the Practice Organisation, log into <a href=\"https:\/\/blackboard.aber.ac.uk\/webapps\/portal\/execute\/tabs\/tabAction?tab_tab_group_id=_84_1\">Blackboard<\/a>, and scroll down to <strong>My Organisations<\/strong>. You will see your practice module with the code PRAC_username.<\/p>\n<p>If you build something in your practice organisation then you are able to copy content over into a live module. We\u2019ve got the following FAQs for copying:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/faqs.aber.ac.uk\/index.php?id=584\">How do I copy or move my module content in Blackboard?<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/faqs.aber.ac.uk\/946\">How do I move a Blackboard test from one module to another<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/faqs.aber.ac.uk\/180\">How do I deploy a test or survey in Blackboard?<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to this, there are many more <a href=\"https:\/\/faqs.aber.ac.uk\/index.php?search=Blackboard\">FAQs<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aber.ac.uk\/en\/is\/it-services\/elearning\/guidesanddocuments\/\">Guides<\/a> to support your use of Blackboard, in addition to further information on our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aber.ac.uk\/en\/is\/it-services\/elearning\/blackboard\/\">website.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>As these are practice courses, they don\u2019t contain enrolments and there are certain items that can\u2019t be copied, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Turnitin submission points<\/li>\n<li>Items that have adaptive release enabled<\/li>\n<li>Any assessed items linked to the grade centre<\/li>\n<li>Blackboard groups<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You are welcome to use your practice course at any time.
