By default, a Form is not graded. Questions in a form don\u2019t have correct or incorrect answers. Forms are currently not anonymous, this functionality will be included in a future update. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Image below: An example ungraded Form used for a clinical teaching placement <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n Some instructors may choose to grade a Form to encourage participation. The responses often range from\u202fstrongly disagree to<\/em>\u202f<\/em>strongly agree<\/em>.
