This Mini Conference will explore the advantageous and complex nature of group work, in and out of the classroom, and as a mode of assessment.<\/p>\n<p>We are looking for expressions of interest from members of the University to give presentations, demonstrations, workshops and discussions on their how they approach group teaching. If you would like to submit a proposal to this year\u2019s mini-conference, please fill in this <a href=\"https:\/\/aber.onlinesurveys.ac.uk\/mini-conference-group-work-and-group-assessment\">online form<\/a> before <strong>Monday 18<sup>th<\/sup> November.&nbsp; <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Potential topics might include (but aren\u2019t limited to):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Group assessment design and marking (including peer marking)<\/li>\n<li>Approaches to embedding group work into teaching (large and small teaching)<\/li>\n<li>Use of technology in group work<\/li>\n<li>Managing and supporting different group dynamics<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can register to attend the Mini Conference by clicking <a href=\"https:\/\/stafftraining.bis.aber.ac.uk\/sd\/list_courses.php\">on this link<\/a>.
