Mae\u2019r Fforwm yn agored i aelodau o gymuned y Brifysgol: mae croeso i staff dysgu, tiwtoriaid uwchraddedig, staff cynorthwyol, a myfyrwyr. Bydd pob fforwm yn ystod 2020\/21 yn cael ei gynnal ar-lein a gallwch sicrhau eich lle drwy&#8217;r <a href=\"https:\/\/stafftraining.aber.ac.uk\/sd\/list_courses.php\">Wefan Hyfforddi Staff<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y ddau Fforwm fydd yn rhedeg yn ystod y misoedd nesaf yw:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>27.01.2021 (15:00-16:30): <em>How can I plan online and in-person activities?<\/em><\/strong><br>Yn y sesiwn hon byddwn yn trafod dulliau gwahanol o gynllunio a chynnal sesiynau mewn tri fformat gwahanol: ar-lein, wyneb yn wyneb a chyfunol. Fel rhan o&#8217;r sesiwn, bydd angen i chi gydweithio mewn gr\u0175p i gynllunio gweithgaredd ar gyfer un math o ddarpariaeth. Yn dilyn y gwaith gr\u0175p byddwn yn trafod y gwahanol ddulliau a ddefnyddiwyd a\u2019u haddasrwydd ar gyfer fformat y gwahanol sesiynau. Gyda&#8217;n gilydd byddwn yn ceisio adnabod pa ddulliau sy\u2019n hanfodol ar gyfer addysgu yn effeithiol mewn sesiynau ar-lein, wyneb yn wyneb a chyfunol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>19.02.2021 (10:00-11:30): <em>How can I make my teaching more inclusive?<\/em><\/strong><br>Yn y sesiwn hon, byddwn yn trafod y manteision a\u2019r heriau sy\u2019n ein hwynebu wrth wneud addysgu&#8217;n fwy cynhwysol yn y brifysgol, a byddwn yn archwilio&#8217;r syniadau hyn drwy gyfres o senarios gr\u0175p. Bydd aelod o&#8217;r t\u00eem Cymorth i Fyfyrwyr yn ymuno \u00e2 ni er mwyn rhoi trosolwg cryno o ddemograffeg myfyrwyr yn y Brifysgol; strategaethau sydd ar waith i ddelio \u00e2 materion sy&#8217;n ymwneud \u00e2 chynwysoldeb; a rhai awgrymiadau ymarferol ar sut y gallech wneud eich addysgu&#8217;n fwy cynhwysol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Byddwn hefyd yn cynnal Fforymau Academi eraill drwy gydol y flwyddyn academaidd, gan gynnwys:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>24.04.2021 (14:00-15:30): <em>How can I embed wellbeing into the curriculum?<\/em><br>28.04.2021 (14:00-15:30): <em>Preparing students for assessments<\/em><br>24.05.2021 (14:00-16:00): <em>Reflections on this year\u2019s Academy Forum<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gobeithio y gallwch ymuno \u00e2 ni ar gyfer y fforymau.
