Gan ganolbwyntio ar y thema o ymgorffori lles yn y cwricwlwm, daeth y gynhadledd \u00e2 siaradwyr mewnol ac allanol ynghyd i drafod: adnabod rhwystrau i les myfyrwyr, meithrin gwytnwch mewn myfyrwyr, ac annog myfyrwyr i ffynnu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Roedd gan y gynhadledd amrywiaeth o siaradwyr o Brifysgol Aberystwyth, yn ogystal \u00e2 siaradwr allanol o Goleg Cambria. Roedd y pynciau\u2019n amrywio o\u2019r gwaith parhaus ar les gan y t\u00eem Cymorth i Fyfyrwyr, lles mewn rhaglenni blwyddyn sylfaen, a meithrin gwytnwch y myfyrwyr i ail-lunio camgymeriadau fel cyfleoedd dysgu, a phersonoli dulliau o ymgysylltu \u00e2 myfyrwyr a\u2019u gwaith. Gwnaeth y siaradwyr gwadd, Frederica Roberts a Kate Lister ganolbwyntio ar addysg gadarnhaol a chymunedau ar-lein yn y drefn honno. Yn ysbryd y gynhadledd, gwnaeth yr Uned Datblygu Dysgu ac Addysgu hefyd drefnu dau weithgaredd yn ystod yr egwyl yn y bore a\u2019r prynhawn: ioga desg a myfyrdod dan arweiniad gyda\u2019r athrawes ioga leol, Regina Hellmich, a dywedodd nifer o fynychwyr y gynhadledd mai hwn oedd un o uchafbwyntiau\u2019r gynhadledd.
