{"id":10189,"date":"2026-04-09T09:10:31","date_gmt":"2026-04-09T08:10:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/wordpress.aber.ac.uk\/e-learning\/?p=10189"},"modified":"2026-04-09T09:10:32","modified_gmt":"2026-04-09T08:10:32","slug":"education-and-student-experience-awards-mid-check-in-event","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/wordpress.aber.ac.uk\/e-learning\/2026\/04\/09\/education-and-student-experience-awards-mid-check-in-event\/","title":{"rendered":"Education and Student Experience Awards Mid Check-in Event"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1925\" height=\"496\" src=\"http:\/\/wordpress.aber.ac.uk\/e-learning\/files\/2025\/06\/Innovation-Banner.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-9439\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Last month we had the pleasure of welcoming our Education and Student Experience Award recipients to an event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Education and Student Experience Award fund was launched last year at our Education and Student Experience Conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event aimed to give colleagues undertaking these projects and their supporters, as well as the panel, an update on progress \u2013 to share successes, as well as identify any challenges that colleagues might have come across.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each of the four projects gave a presentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please read below for an overview of each project and the PDF files associated with each presentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project 1: The Aber Medieval Physic Garden<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Led by Elizabeth New (History &amp; Welsh History), alongside Sian Nicholas, Eleri Phillips, and a student steering committee. The aim of this project is to create an outdoor amenity for staff and students that support education and recreation on campus.
