Code First Girls is a free online service that is partnered with Aberystwyth University and is dedicated to providing coding courses to help women and non-binary people develop their coding skills. Code First Girls hosted a session at the Digital Skills Festival 2023, you <a href=\"https:\/\/aberystwyth.cloud.panopto.eu\/Panopto\/Pages\/Viewer.aspx?id=ca5d90a5-1f49-441c-bfb5-b0bc00d4f1a1\">can watch the session<\/a> where they discussed more about the programmes and courses they deliver and the importance of their work.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:10px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A member of the Digital Skills Team participated in one of the courses provided by Code First Girls, you can read about their experience through their blogpost <a href=\"https:\/\/wordpress.aber.ac.uk\/digital-capabilities\/2024\/05\/09\/my-experience-with-code-first-girls-%f0%9f%92%bb\/\">here<\/a>.
