place your cursor over the chat you would like to pin&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Right-click once on the chat and click on <strong>Pin<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your priority chat will be pinned to message<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place your cursor your Teams icon and click on it&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select the <strong>Saved <\/strong>option on the
